By creating an account or using the Bookleur platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Bookleur provides a unified business operations engine, including but not limited to scheduling interfaces, automated booking workflows, payment gateway integrations, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify Bookleur immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches. We will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.
Billing: Access to certain features of Bookleur may require payment of subscription fees or transaction charges. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Third-Party Gateways: Bookleur integrates with external payment processing networks (such as Paystack). Your use of these payment services is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective third-party providers. We are not responsible for transaction failures, payment delays, or disputes arising from third-party processors.
You agree not to use the platform to:
Violate any local, national, or international laws.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our servers or hosting infrastructure.
Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.
All content, features, functionality, logos, and code on the Bookleur platform are the exclusive property of Bookleur and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of our platform without explicit written permission.
Bookleur is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookleur, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data corruption, server downtime, or system errors that may disrupt your business operations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bookleur at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our platform's security.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
